Price is inclusive of VAT and travel if within the catchment area (60 minute drive from Basingstoke). A travel charge may be applicable to those who are outside the catchment area. Get in touch to discuss this further.

Many insurance companies will cover the cost of your veterinary physiotherapy treatment. Contact your insurance provider to discuss the level of cover you have. If treatment is part of an insurance claim, please provide an insurance form  to complete. See T&Cs for full details.

Before your first treatment, every owner must sign and return the client onboarding form. This is done fully electronically via the Equicantis software. A copy of the T&Cs and GDPR statement will be on this form.

As per the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, your veterinary surgeon’s consent must be given prior to any treatment performed. Get in touch to discuss the process further​.
